Information that the Searing Meadow Web Site Team (hereinafter SMWST) gathers:

1. Usage information

Information from the Web -server's log files. This information reveals the date and time as well as the IP address of the user which can be used to determine which terminal was used to access this site.

The SMWST uses this information to put together some access statistics and to count the number of kewl freebie (mp3 for example) downloads commenced.

However, the SMWST reserves the right to hand over some or all of the available gathered information, should some legal entity ask such from SMWST.

2. Email addresses

The SMWST does not use, sell or redistribute such information.

3. For the rest of the lot

Really, we are the good guys. Where you came from and where are you heading next is of no interest to us - nor is you operating system, installed software or any other information that could be quite easily extracted from your browser.
